Flavour Shot, your ticket to making spicy ginger beer to either Keg, Bottle or Can.
 

Blunderburg Ginger Beer/Lemonade/Lemon Pub Squash Soft Drink Recipe (19L keg)

  1. Add 4 x Impressence Ginger Beer Flavour Shot sachets to your  19L Ball Lock Keg.

  2. Add 1.43kg White Sugar.

  3. Top up to 19L with water and add 2 x FermStop sachets.

  4. Mix Keg Contents Well.

 

Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Impressence Ferm Stop - 50mL

FermStop is an effective spoilage preventer to the fermentation process.
FermStop is a powerful yeast inhibitor, rather than killing off the yeast, it hinders the yeast's ability to multiple and be active.


Use at a rate of:


1 x Sachet per 9.5L / 10L
2 x Sachets per 19L / 20L

2.6mL per Litre
