Magnetic Drive Pump | MKII Version | 25 Watt

This magnetic drive pump is the ideal pump for your brewing system needs. Capable of withstanding temperatures up to 120C it can handle the boil directly without the need to cool before use. Extremely efficient 1.1amp pump which can be run continuously at elevated temperatures.

A 1/2" ball valve is recommended on the outlet side to reduce the flow if you're using this for brewing purposes and don't want it to go full ball. Putting pressure from restrictive flow will not hurt a magnetically driven pump, it is precisely what this baby is used for.

It is not self priming, so it will need to be lower than the vessel primed with liquid before it can push it around. It is not submersible!

During the boil hops can be poured directly into the spider. The spider is suitable for up to 300grams of hops. Stainless Steel Hop Tube with Chain

Our hop tubes are made from 304 stainless steel and is ideal for addling larger amounts of hop pellets, flowers or spices to your RoboBrew without blocking the pump. It can also be used in your Brewhouse Kettle/Boiler, 19L Corny keg, Kegmenter, Kegasaurus & the Fermentasaurus. It cannot fit in a standard 50L Keg as the opening is not wide enough.

The fine mesh will prevent large particles from blocking the dip tube, pumps or chillers. It will hold approximately 150g of hop pellets, allowing for some space to permit full extraction of the hop oils. Ideal for dry hopping in the keg and can also be used for fruits, wood chips, spices and more. Includes a small ring so it can be hung from the keg lid or side of the vessel.

BrewZilla 35L - Replacement Immersion / Ice Bucket Chiller (Stainless Steel)

Sold with the BrewZilla (former RoboBrew) Range, these compact immersion chillers are great for chilling wort up to 35L down to pitching temperature. Ideal solution for those using small pots.

Method 1

This chiller can be used simply by connecting your garden hose to both ends of the chiller. You can either slip the garden hose onto the ends of the chiller directly then secure with stepless hose clamp. Alternatively for a better connection use the compression fittings.

Then lower the chiller into your hot wort and cycle the water through the chiller until you reach the desired temperature.

While the water is flowing through the chiller if you agitate your hot wort this will significantly aid the heat transfer from the wort to the chiller coil and will reduce the cooling time by more than half.

Method 2

The second method is where you pump your hot wort through the middle of the chiller. Use silicone tube to connect from your boiler to a pump and then through this coil chiller then back to the boiler. Turn on the pump and ensure the chiller has got up to your wort boiling temperature to heat sterilise the coil.

Then immerse the coil into a bucket of ice and water mixed together. Run the pump continuously until the wort cools down to the desired point.

Our 2.6kg Gas bottles can carbonate up to 390L. Or with our 6.0kg cylinder you'll be able to carbonate up to 900L.

A typical Soda Stream cylinder can only carbonate up to 60L and will cost about $20 per fill. So given these figures the larger cylinder and this hose will pay itself off once you fill the 2.6kg gas cylinder once. It's a no brainer!

Our new Freedom One SodaStream Adapter MKII - Do not have a quick disconnect feature. This has been removed to reduce the likelihood of the quick disconnects two washer seal design dislodging and blocking the hose rendering it unusable.

We have included two options when drilling through your bench top to fit your hose. Either remove the stainless thread from the brass connection and drill a 14-15mm hole. You will need to use Lock-Tite glue or plumbers tape to get a good seal on this connection after you re-fit it.
Without removing the brass connection piece you would need to drill a 30mm hole to fit the bottle connection end through your bench top.

INSTRUCTIONS:

In particular please see image blow as it's important that:

1. The seals go in the correct location. So when the sodastream filling adaptor arrives to you please make sure to use the correct seal in the correct side.

2. Please make sure to put the Sodastream cylinder on the correct side. The sodastream cylinder thread can actually fit both sides of this adapter, but the CO2 cylinder only fit's into the ROUND SIDE. As a result you MUST put the Sodastream cylinder into the HEXAGONAL SIDE. (as show in image)
